Ethiopian coffee farmer Sidamo province located at the southern region of Ethiopia is where the Yirgacheffe coffee beans are grown by small-holding farmers. According to The Coffee Review, “Ethiopian coffees are processed by the wet or washed method (fruit skin and pulp is removed before drying) express floral and citrus notes with particular intensity.” The tasting notes are somewhat citrusy with hints of flowers and honey. The floral character explores the sweet-acidic notes of berries and citrus. This highly aromatic coffee is sprinkled with toasty notes of nuts and nuances of creamy milk chocolates. This coffee has a smooth finish.
